Microsoft Exchange 2010\Outlook 2010

I have one exchange user who cannot see free\busy \information for some appointments in his calendar, including his own. Even though he can see this information for the same people including himself for other appointments.

Also if he browses the other users calendars he can see the busy\free information from their appointments without issue. I have run calcheck and while it did find some issues and remove some items the issue persists.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Please view the free/busy information for these appointmnets in OWA to have a try.

If the issue only happens to one user on Outlook, the issue should be narrowed down to the client side. Please use Outlook in Online mode to check if the issue continues. If the issue doesn't happen in Online mode, please create a new profile to have a try.

If the issue persists in Online mode, please start Outlook in safe mode or change a computer for this account for further troubleshooting.
